Ingredients

  1. Vanilla Baking Powder (15 g), 15 g
  2. Granulated sugar (125 g bag), to taste
  3. flour (type 0), 350 g
  4. water, 190 ml
  5. sugar, 60 g

Method

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and start kneading. Let the dough rise for 12 hours, covered.

Gently stretch the dough into a rectangular shape and sprinkle sugar and granulated sugar over the surface.

Bake in a static oven at 180 °C for about 30–40 minutes.
