Ingredients
- Vanilla Baking Powder (15 g), 15 g
- Granulated sugar (125 g bag), to taste
- flour (type 0), 350 g
- water, 190 ml
- sugar, 60 g
Method
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and start kneading. Let the dough rise for 12 hours, covered.
Gently stretch the dough into a rectangular shape and sprinkle sugar and granulated sugar over the surface.
Bake in a static oven at 180 °C for about 30–40 minutes.
