Banana and Walnut Cake

Ingredients
- Vanilla Baking Powder (15 g), 1 bag
 - flour, 350 g
 - sugar, 300 g
 - medium bananas, 3
 - shelled walnuts, 100 g
 - grated lemon zest, 1
 - sliced banana, 1
 
Method
Beat the sugar with the butter (at room temperature) until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, the blended bananas, the grated zest and juice of the lemon, and the chopped walnuts. Mix thoroughly. Add the flour previously mixed with the baking powder and blend everything well.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking tin and bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for about 60 minutes. Once baked, if desired, decorate with banana slices and walnut halves.
