Ingredients

  1. Nonna's Savoury Yeast, 1 bag
  2. flour (type 0), 350 g
  3. milk, 210 ml
  4. salt, 7 g
  5. courgettes, 2
  6. egg, 1
  7. grated Parmesan cheese, 30 g
  8. ricotta cheese, 150 g

Method

Ingredients for 10 baskets.
In a bowl, mix the flour, milk, salt, and baking powder until you obtain a smooth dough. Divide the dough into 10 balls and shape each one inside a muffin tin cavity, creating small baskets.
Prepare the filling by mixing the cooked zucchini with ricotta, egg, and grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
Fill the baskets with the mixture and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes.
