Ingredients
- Nonna's Savoury Yeast, 1 bag
- Gluten Free Flour Mix for Sweets and Savouries, 200 g
- eggs, 3
- seed oil, 100 ml
- milk, 100 ml
- grated gorgonzola cheese, 100 g
- emmenthal cheese, 100 g
- diced pear, 1
Method
Mix all the ingredients together until you get a smooth batter. Line a loaf tin with baking paper and bake at 180°C in a static oven for 45/50 minutes.
