Ingredients

  1. Nonna's Savoury Yeast, 1 bag
  2. Gluten Free Flour Mix for Sweets and Savouries, 200 g
  3. eggs, 3
  4. seed oil, 100 ml
  5. milk, 100 ml
  6. grated gorgonzola cheese, 100 g
  7. emmenthal cheese, 100 g
  8. diced pear, 1

Method

Mix all the ingredients together until you get a smooth batter. Line a loaf tin with baking paper and bake at 180°C in a static oven for 45/50 minutes.
