Ingredients
- Nonna's Savoury Yeast, 10 g
- flour (type 0), 150 g
- egg, 1
- soft butter, 80 g
- grated cheese, 50 g
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Method
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a soft dough. Shape small balls with your hands and place them on baking paper. Bake at 180°C (356°F) in a fan oven for 15 minutes.
