Ingredients
- Nonna's Savoury Yeast, 1 bag
- Spinach Powder, 3 spoons
- flour (type 0), 175 g
- re-milled semolina, 125 g
- water, 200 ml
- sugar, 1 teaspoon
- salt, 5 g
- oil, as needed
- oregano, as needed
Method
Place all the ingredients (except the salt) in a bowl and start mixing. Transfer the dough to a work surface, add the salt, and knead for another 3 to 4 minutes. Lightly oil your hands, shape the dough into 4 balls, and gently roll them out.
Sprinkle the surface with salt, oil, and oregano, then cook in a skillet for about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
