Ingredients

  1. Nonna's Savoury Yeast, 1 bag
  2. Spinach Powder, 3 spoons
  3. flour (type 0), 175 g
  4. re-milled semolina, 125 g
  5. water, 200 ml
  6. sugar, 1 teaspoon
  7. salt, 5 g
  8. oil, as needed
  9. oregano, as needed

Method

Place all the ingredients (except the salt) in a bowl and start mixing. Transfer the dough to a work surface, add the salt, and knead for another 3 to 4 minutes. Lightly oil your hands, shape the dough into 4 balls, and gently roll them out.
Sprinkle the surface with salt, oil, and oregano, then cook in a skillet for about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
