- Vanilla powdered sugar (250 g box), 100 g
- Elefante Vanilla-Flavoured Baking Powder (Box of 5 Sachets), 1/2 bag
- Vanilla Pods, 1
- Granulated sugar (125 g bag), to taste

- vegetable oil, 60 ml

- zest and juice of one lemon, 1
Method
Mix the oil and sugar until creamy. Add the egg, vanilla, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Add the flour, corn starch, and baking powder. Shape the dough into small balls, flatten them slightly, decorate with granulated sugar, and bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for 15 minutes.
