Orange and chocolate chip plumcake

Ingredients
- Potato starch (250 g box), 50 g
- Cicogna Baking Powder for Desserts, 1 bag
- Vanilla Pods, 1 pod
- Vanilla powdered sugar (250 g box), to taste
- medium eggs, 3
- sugar, 180 g
- whole yogurt, 250 g
- flour type 00, 250 g
- vegetable ol, 50 ml
- dark chocolate chips, 100 g
- zest and juice of one orange, 50 ml juice
Method
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Add the yogurt while continuing to mix.
Slowly pour in the orange juice and vegetable oil. Mix and gradually incorporate the previously sifted flour and baking powder, the vanilla, and the orange zest.
Finally, add the chocolate chips. Grease and flour a loaf pan and pour the batter into the mold.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 180 °C for 45–50 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool at room temperature; then remove from the mold and, if desired, dust with powdered sugar.
