Ingredients

  1. San Gennaro Baking Powder for Pizza and Savoury Dishes, 1 bag
  2. flour (type 0), 250 g
  3. extra virgin olive oil, 40 ml
  4. water, 125 ml
  5. stracchino cheese, 250 g
  6. salt, 4 g

Method

Place the flour and salt in a bowl and mix well. Make a well in the center and add the water, yeast, and extra virgin olive oil.
Knead the dough, gradually adding the water until the flour is fully absorbed and a soft dough is formed.
Place a sheet of parchment paper in a round baking pan about 30 cm in diameter and spread the dough into a disk shape.
Distribute the stracchino cheese in small pieces over the dough.
Bake the focaccia in a preheated oven for up to 10 minutes at 250 °C (or at your oven’s maximum temperature), until the surface turns golden and crispy.
