Ingredients
- Sweetened Cocoa Poder (250 g box), 50 g
- Nonna's Vanilla yeast, 1 bag
- Powdered sugar (125 g bag), to taste
- Pure Vanillin (Box of 50 Double Sachets), 1 bag
- flour type 00, 150 g
- sugar, 180 g
- eggs, 4
- mascarpone, 250 g
Method
Beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the mascarpone, then gradually incorporate the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and vanillin.
Grease and flour a cake tin and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes.
Allow to cool, then dust with icing sugar before serving.
