Ingredients

  1. Sweetened Cocoa Poder (250 g box), 50 g
  2. Nonna's Vanilla yeast, 1 bag
  3. Powdered sugar (125 g bag), to taste
  4. Pure Vanillin (Box of 50 Double Sachets), 1 bag
  5. flour type 00, 150 g
  6. sugar, 180 g
  7. eggs, 4
  8. mascarpone, 250 g

Method

Beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the mascarpone, then gradually incorporate the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and vanillin.

Grease and flour a cake tin and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes.

Allow to cool, then dust with icing sugar before serving.
