Ingredients

  1. Chocolate Dessert Pudding Mix, 1 bag
  2. Pure Vanillin (Box of 50 Double Sachets), 1 bag
  3. Bitter Cocoa Powder, 20 g
  4. Ready To Use Caramel, as needed
  5. whole milk, 500 ml
  6. Orange zest, 1 orange
  7. crumbled amaretti cookies, 100 g

Method

In a saucepan, bring the milk and vanillin to a boil. Once boiling, add the pudding mix and cocoa powder. Let it boil for 3 minutes, then turn off the heat.
Add the orange zest and crumbled amaretti, then pour the mixture into small molds. 

Refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving. Decorate with a drizzle of caramel.
