Ingredients
- Chocolate Dessert Pudding Mix, 1 bag
- Pure Vanillin (Box of 50 Double Sachets), 1 bag
- Bitter Cocoa Powder, 20 g
- Ready To Use Caramel, as needed
- whole milk, 500 ml
- Orange zest, 1 orange
- crumbled amaretti cookies, 100 g
Method
In a saucepan, bring the milk and vanillin to a boil. Once boiling, add the pudding mix and cocoa powder. Let it boil for 3 minutes, then turn off the heat.
Add the orange zest and crumbled amaretti, then pour the mixture into small molds.
