  1. Pure Vanillin (Box of 50 Double Sachets), 1 bag
  2. Ready To Use Caramel, as needed
  3. milk, 300 ml
  4. fresh cream, 300 m
  5. granulated sugar, 100 g

Method

Preparation:

Fiordilatte ice cream is made using a few ingredients such as milk and cream, to which chocolate, fresh fruit, nuts, and flavorings can be added, allowing your imagination to run free. The result will be a burst of fresh and delicate flavors.

How to make homemade fiordilatte ice cream:
Pre-chill a bowl in the freezer for about an hour. Meanwhile, pour the milk, cream, sugar, and vanillina into a saucepan. Over low heat, stir until the sugar dissolves. After about 10-15 minutes (before boiling), turn off the heat and let cool. Pour the mixture into the well-chilled bowl and return it to the freezer. Stir every 30 minutes until the mixture reaches the desired creamy consistency.

Before serving, it can be decorated in various ways: dark chocolate, caramel, chopped hazelnuts, or fresh fruit. Above all, you can take advantage of the convenience of ready-made Ar.pa caramel, very easy to dose to add a slightly bitter note to the creaminess of the Fiordilatte.
