Ingredients

  1. Corn starch, 20 g
  2. Atomico Baking Powder for Desserts, 1 bag
  3. Bitter Cocoa Powder, 40 g
  4. Vanilla powdered sugar (250 g box), 150 g
  5. Powdered sugar (250 g box), q.b.
  6. flour, 180 g
  7. eggs, 2
  8. vegetable oil, 90 ml
  9. milk, 100 ml
  10. pears, 2

Method

Beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the oil and milk. Sift together the cornstarch, flour, cocoa, and baking powder, and fold them into the mixture. Peel the pears, cut them into cubes, and add them to the batter.
Bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for 25 minutes.
Dust with icing sugar before serving.
