Ingredients

  1. San Gennaro Baking Powder for Pizza and Savoury Dishes, 7 g
  2. flour, 250 g
  3. water, 140 ml
  4. salt, 1 teaspoon
  5. oil, 2 tablespoon
  6. oregano, to taste

Method

Knead all the ingredients (adding the salt last) for a few minutes and let the dough rise for about 12 hours. Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll out with a rolling pin until each piece reaches a diameter of about 20 cm. Cook in a well-heated pan for two minutes on each side and brush with oil and oregano.
