The yogurt bundt cake is soft and quick to make. The recipe calls for mixed berry yogurt, but it can be replaced with any flavor you prefer.
How to prepare the yogurt bundt cake:
Beat the sugar with the butter (at room temperature) until you get a creamy mixture. Add the eggs and 300 g of mixed berry yogurt, and mix thoroughly.
Incorporate the flour previously mixed with the vanilla baking powder from the sachet, and blend everything well.
Pour the mixture into a mold, preferably with a central hole, greased and floured, and spread the remaining yogurt on top.
Place in the oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for about 60 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool before serving and dusting with vanilla powdered sugar.
