Ingredients

  1. Vanilla Novacrema (Box of 5 Sachets), 1 bag
  2. Impalpable Sugar (250 g bag), as needed
  3. puff pastry sheet, 1
  4. blueberries for decoration, as needed
  5. milk, 1/2 l
  6. sugar, 100 g
  7. flour, 35 g
  8. egg yolks, 2
  9. butter, 25 g
  10. lemon zest, 1
  11. salt, 1 pinch

Method

Cut the puff pastry into rectangles, prick it with a fork, sprinkle with sugar, and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the cream following the instructions on the package and let it cool. Create layers of puff pastry and cream, and decorate with icing sugar and blueberries as desired.
