Kaiserschmarrn with Jam

Kaiserschmarrn with Jam
Kaiserschmarrn is a fluffy, shredded Austrian dessert — similar to a sweet omelet — traditionally served with powdered sugar and plum or apple jam. Loved for its light texture and buttery flavor, it's a classic of the Alpine region.
