- Potato starch (250 g box), 20 g
- Sacchettino vanilla yeast, 1 bag
- Impalpable Sugar (250 g bag), 2 spoons
- Prestomarmellata, 1 bag
- flour, 130 g
- milk, 250 ml
- eggs, 3
- raisins, 50 g
- butter, 20 g
Method
Beat the eggs with the milk, then add the flour, potato starch, and baking powder.
Melt the butter in a skillet and pour in the batter. Sprinkle in the raisins and cook until golden on the bottom. Tear the pancake into pieces using a spatula.
Cook for a few more minutes, then dust with powdered sugar.
