Ingredients

  1. Atomico Baking Powder for Desserts, 1 bag
  2. flour, 400 g
  3. fine salt, 5 g
  4. olive oil, 40 ml
  5. water, 240 ml
  6. Genoese pest, 1 jar

Method

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead until you get a soft and homogeneous dough. Roll out with a rolling pin to about 1 cm thickness. Spread the surface with pesto and roll up to form a log. Slice the log into rounds about 3 to 4 cm thick. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
