Ingredients
- Vanilla powdered sugar (250 g box), 20 g
- Bitter Cocoa Powder, to taste
- Ready To Use Caramel, to taste
- whole milk, 150 ml
- ice-cream, 500 g
Method
Place the ice cream (any flavor you prefer) in a blender. Add the vanilla icing sugar and cold milk, then blend until smooth and creamy.
For an extra frosty effect, you can also add 4–5 ice cubes.
Serve the milkshake in glasses, topping it with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or some caramel sauce. Add a straw and serve.
If someone is lactose intolerant, simply replace the milk with soy or rice milk and use lactose-free ice cream.
