In a bowl, break the eggs and whisk them together with the milk.
Combine the ingredients and sift the flour into the bowl using a sieve.
Whisk the mixture until smooth and homogeneous.
Heat a pan or a crepe maker and grease it lightly with butter. Once heated, pour a ladle of batter to cover the entire surface of the pan; you can also use a crepe spreader.
After about 1 minute on low heat, when the crêpe turns golden and the edges start to lift, flip it. Cook the other side for about 1 minute and repeat until all the batter is used.
