Ingredients
- Corn starch, 20 g
- Powdered sugar (125 g bag), 100 g
- Elefante Vanilla Baking Powder, 1/2 bag
- breadcrumbs, 100 g
- finely crumbled amaretti biscuits, 100 g
- grated dark chocolate, 100 g
- eggs, 3
- icing sugar for dusting, as needed
Method
Crumble the amaretti, chocolate, and bread. Mix these ingredients together with the baking powder and cornstarch.
In the same bowl, gradually add the cream and eggs, mixing well until you obtain a smooth batter.
Pour the mixture into a buttered rectangular baking tin.
Bake in a static oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 40 minutes.
Let it cool, remove from the tin, and dust with icing sugar before serving.
