Ingredients
- Cream of Tartar (1 kg Bag), 10 g
- Baking Soda (250 g box), 5 g
- flour (type 00), 500 g
- orange zest, 1
- soy yogurt, 95 g
- rice milk, 10 tablespoons
- seed oil, 100 ml
- sugar sprinkles, to taste
Method
Take a bowl and pour in the flour along with the cream of tartar and baking soda mix; then add the yogurt, rice milk, seed oil and orange zest. Mix everything first with a spoon and then with your hands until you obtain a slightly sticky, homogeneous and workable dough.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Using the dough, form long strips and shape your little Christmas trees: each strip becomes one cookie. Start from the base and work your way up to the top to form the tree. Decorate with sugar sprinkles as desired and bake.
Bake at 180°C for 10–15 minutes, until the cookies turn golden.
