Two-Tone Spinach and Parmesan Sandwich Bread

Ingredients
- Active Dry Yeast, 1/2 bag
- Spinach Powder, 2 tablespoons
- milk, 150 ml
- flour 0, 330 g
- butter, 50 g
- eggs, 2
- salt, 7 g
- grated Parmesan cheese, 60 g
Method
In a bowl, mix the flour, active dry yeast, Parmesan cheese, milk, and eggs. Halfway through kneading, add the salt and softened butter in two or three batches.
Divide the dough into two parts and add the powdered spinach to one half. Let the dough rest for 2 minutes, then shape both doughs into logs and twist them together.
Let rise for about 1 hour in a loaf tin lined with parchment paper. Brush with beaten egg and bake in a fan oven at 200°C (390°F) for about 30 minutes.
