Coffee Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  1. Panna Cotta Mix, 2 bags
  2. fresh cream, 250 g
  3. milk, 60 ml
  4. sugar, 70 g
  5. whipped cream, to taste
  6. chocolate shavings, to taste
  7. coffee, 200 ml
  8. instant coffee, 30 g

Method

Pour the fresh cream, milk, coffee, sugar, and instant coffee into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Remove from heat and gradually add the contents of the panna cotta mix sachets, mixing thoroughly.

Return to the heat and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil for about 5 minutes.

Pour the liquid cream into molds and let cool for about 20 minutes.

Refrigerate for approximately 5 hours. Once set, invert the panna cotta onto a plate and decorate as desired with coffee chips, caramel, or whipped cream.
