Tropical Bundt Cake with Powdered Sugar

Ingredients
- Vanilla Baking Powder (30 g), 1 bag
- flour, 350 g
- sugar, 250 g
- eggs, 4
- butter, 100 g
- bananas, 3
- lemon, 1
Method
Cream the sugar with the butter (at room temperature) until smooth and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time. Then add the grated lemon zest, and incorporate the flour previously mixed with the vanilla baking powder, followed by the bananas cut into small pieces. Mix everything very well.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan, preferably with a central hole.
Bake at 180 °C (356 °F) for about 55 minutes.
Once baked, if you like, decorate the cake with banana slices.
